Still a Big Fan of the Bachelor and Bachelorette! One of my favorite past times with my Chi Omega Sisters. I remember the first time it was on, we would sit around the Chapter room on the two big sectionals and we would all watch. I really enjoyed that time with my girlfriends. Love you guys!

Lighting....

So, my builder told me to go pick out my lighting at Home Depot or Lowe's, so I went to look. I then got this wild idea, why don't I sell lighting, almost all my design clients need them? So, I did my research and I found an awesome light source. The prices are comparable to the Box Stores, but you get better quality. This one is going above my dining table. The one at Lowe's I was going to buy was $168, it was a lot smaller and not as stunning. I can actually get this one for only $180 and it's so much nicer. Retail price is $589.



This one is going in my entry way. I was afraid that it would be too big for dining space, so it's going in the entry where there is more room. This one, is $235 and it retails for $749.

The Tile and Granite were done this week

Thanks to Dan (sam's brother), he owns Marble Granite Solutions by Design in Orem, Utah - We got our granite countertops throughout our whole house! We also had all our tile work done this week. So, we are making great progress.

We also are finishing up our outside of our house. We sure have had a fun time experimenting with the "Aging" process on the stucco. We just wanted to get it right. So, Juan our Stucco guy did a few different techiques and we finally reached the one that we loved. We just bought shutters for the house this week in deep Chocolate chip color. So, it's coming along. We just need the sofit and facia installed. The finishing up the inside is next, all the paint will be getting done.

Our House - This week was a big week - Alot of Progess!

We had a big week with the house. The Rock and Stucco was done, the wood flooring went in, the cabinets went in, some of the painting was done,and the finish work was all done. It's getting close. We suppose we will be in there in about 3-4 week. I have been making all the drapes, duvets, and pillows for my house. I also am planning all the furniture right now. So, we are excited. We just drove to Utah on Friday to pick out our granite and that should get done in the next 2 weeks.

I am painting a Pink Giraffe print on Makenna's wall. I am so excited about her room, I made a really big cornice with the cutest trims and here bedding to match with Pink Giraffe bed skirt and pillows. I also got a beautiful chandelier for her room. I just can't wait to decorate.

With Stockton's room, we are going retro Contemporary. It's going to be Burnt Orange, Red, and Chocolate Brown. I am going to buy him a sweet platform bed or make him a big headboard. I think he will like it.

Our Booth at the Idaho Festival - And Custom Foral Arrangements

I know that lately, I have been just posting stuff I have done through my business. The reason why is, this is what I have been up to all summer and it's been really crazy. I finally feel like things are calming down and I can finally relax a little. Our house is now our final project. It should be done in the next 2-3 weeks. I need to take come new pictures, but I just ruined my camera last week. So, they will be up soon.
