Photo Session in Logan, Utah

This summer I wanted to do something Special for my husband and surprise him with a photo shoot for us in the place where we met and fell in love. Logan holds many memories for us both and what better place to take pictures. It was beautiful and HOT that summer day. I had many places planned and outfits put together. The photographer was great. That evening we also took our kids to an orchard and had family pictures take. I love all the pictures, the photographer did a great job and now all these photo were all inspired for the new design of our new home in Pocatello... I am so excited to put these up!

Makiah 1 Month Old

Makiah has given Sam and I a run for our money since she has had a bit of colic. I really had to pull out all my tricks and everything I could find to help her. I have purchased Doctor Brown Bottles, used gas drops in all the bottles, changed and watched my person diet since I am nursing this time, wrapped her in warm towels from the dryer, given her gripe water, you name it, I have probably tried it. I have noticed that the colic happen between 8-12am and each day is different and sometimes it last longer some days then others. It's just a part of life that is not very fun, but we love her. She is such a great sleeper during the day, I wish to only get sleep someday. I am thankful for Sam for stepping up to the plate and helping me with the night shift each night. I will keep you posted on our progress.

I just had to start taking pictures of her before the baby stage passes me by...

Inducing on Wednesday December 22nd!

For the last 2 weeks I have been into the doctor and she has told me that I am not even dilated to a centimeter yet, which is not so fun. My little baby girl just wants to stay in my tummy. I am pretty uncomfortable now. I am really swollen and can barely sleep at night. I have been having Braxton Hicks Contractions for the last month, but no progress.

My doctor told me that she needs to see my on Tuesday to check me before I get induced on Wednesday. If everything goes to plan with a normal delivery, I will be able to leave the hospital Christmas Eve. It's going to be one busy holiday for me. I am also still working and still have furniture deliveries that need to be made before Christmas. So, I am busy working and trying to get ready and prepared for next weeks events. Also, I am trying to get everyone in my family feeling better and in good health before next week.

Makenna wanted me to take a picture of her today. We were going through all the little gifts we have been given and I took this picture of her. My kids are pretty excited, they get a NEW BABY and SANTA CLAUS all in the same week.

Wish me luck!

My 29th Birthday on November 29th

I LOVE having my Birthday, it's just a good ole' fun day, even if I don't do anything amazing. I just like to be able to take a bath, not clean the house or do laundry or cook. It's just a great day off..

Sam and Makenna went and picked me out an ice cream cake and this is what she decided on. It was pretty funny, but it was still really good.

35 Weeks Pregnant...

So, I am getting pretty HUGE and I can honestly say that at night, I am really uncomfortable. I find that I get charlie horses in my legs or I am fighting pain from my sciatic nerve.

I do have all my Christmas up and ready to go. I also have majority of my Christmas shopping done. I just purchased the Crib that I wanted and it just came today with the mattress. It's the white Million Dollar Baby Crib that I carry and it's white. I still plan on using my pack and play for the first few months.

Other then that we are still running around until the baby comes and until I will become a complete hermit for 2 to 3 months. I have this phobia that I will get sick and not even be able to hold my new born. I am thinking twice about having a baby in the dead of winter, let alone due on Christmas Eve... But, it's like of exciting and craziness all at the same time.
