Inducing on Wednesday December 22nd!

For the last 2 weeks I have been into the doctor and she has told me that I am not even dilated to a centimeter yet, which is not so fun. My little baby girl just wants to stay in my tummy. I am pretty uncomfortable now. I am really swollen and can barely sleep at night. I have been having Braxton Hicks Contractions for the last month, but no progress.

My doctor told me that she needs to see my on Tuesday to check me before I get induced on Wednesday. If everything goes to plan with a normal delivery, I will be able to leave the hospital Christmas Eve. It's going to be one busy holiday for me. I am also still working and still have furniture deliveries that need to be made before Christmas. So, I am busy working and trying to get ready and prepared for next weeks events. Also, I am trying to get everyone in my family feeling better and in good health before next week.

Makenna wanted me to take a picture of her today. We were going through all the little gifts we have been given and I took this picture of her. My kids are pretty excited, they get a NEW BABY and SANTA CLAUS all in the same week.

Wish me luck!

My 29th Birthday on November 29th

I LOVE having my Birthday, it's just a good ole' fun day, even if I don't do anything amazing. I just like to be able to take a bath, not clean the house or do laundry or cook. It's just a great day off..

Sam and Makenna went and picked me out an ice cream cake and this is what she decided on. It was pretty funny, but it was still really good.

35 Weeks Pregnant...

So, I am getting pretty HUGE and I can honestly say that at night, I am really uncomfortable. I find that I get charlie horses in my legs or I am fighting pain from my sciatic nerve.

I do have all my Christmas up and ready to go. I also have majority of my Christmas shopping done. I just purchased the Crib that I wanted and it just came today with the mattress. It's the white Million Dollar Baby Crib that I carry and it's white. I still plan on using my pack and play for the first few months.

Other then that we are still running around until the baby comes and until I will become a complete hermit for 2 to 3 months. I have this phobia that I will get sick and not even be able to hold my new born. I am thinking twice about having a baby in the dead of winter, let alone due on Christmas Eve... But, it's like of exciting and craziness all at the same time.

Halloween 2010

Our Halloween started out a little crazy, but ending great! The kid dressed up on Thursday for school. On Friday we made 2 dozen cupcakes and got them all dressed up for the Ward Halloween Party. Sam wasn't able to attend the party since he was at work, but we just had finished dinner and got up from the table to make room for more people to eat. There was such a huge turn out at the ward party. Well, I was going up to the stage to give Makenna brownie. I took one step and started to slip and noticed water on the floor. It all happened so fast, but I went down with a BANG. I fell backward and hit my head so hard that I really thought I had cut it open. I hurt so bad and was trying to fight off screaming and tears. All I can remember is my head throbbing. Thanks goodness the Bishops wife Megan saw me fall,I soon had a crowd surrounding me. My head was in major pain, I just wanted to just lie there. They wanted to can an ambulance, but I insisted just calling Sam. Sam rushed to the church from Red Robin. I had a little pain in my stomache, but nothing like my head. Sam arrived and everyone talked me into going to the ER to get the baby checked out. I am 8 month pregnant, so I went to the ER, I just wanted to make sure the baby was ok. Labor and Delivery hooked me up to the machine and my doctor wanted to track the baby for at least an hour. We finally were released to go home. So, that was a great night. My head still hurts and I have a goose egg, but I am just glad the baby is ok.

Halloween was fun, we did tons of trick or treating with Grandma and Grandpa. Sam and my dad mainly took the kids while my mom and me followed. They got tons of candy and had a blast.

Doctor's Appointment

Today (October 28th), I got the kids both dressed in their Halloween costumes for school and then ran off to the OB for a doctor's appointment. Everything looks great and I am very proud to say that I didn't gain a pound this month!!! I am so proud of myself, I stepped up my workout routine and it totally paid off. The doctor said I am measuring alittle bit bigger and I might come a few days earlier then expected, but time will tell. I told her that I usually get huge at the end, so we'll see. I can still work out on my Treadmill everyday so, I feel great right now.

Chi Omega Reunion Sleepover at the House 2010

It was alot of fun getting together with most of my Sorority Sister this past weekend. It was kind of sad as well. Our Chi Omega House at USU is up for Sale right now because of an accident that happened a few years ago at the Sigma Nu house, causing our chapter to be closed. This might be the last time that we are able to even come together in our house. We have some many memories there and it was good to get together. I hope that one day it will reopen. We all just need to have a bunch of girls and we could get our girls to open up another chapter (wouldn't that be wonderful)...Good to see alot of you there. I hope you enjoy the pictures. It's not always fun taking pictures that are memorable when you huge and pregnant, but oh well.

30 Weeks Pregnant

It always fun to take full body pregnant pictures when your huge...But, I guess I need to have some pictures to put in her baby book. Makenna did a pretty good job taking these. One of them, I am actually trying to fit into my Chi Omega shirt for my reunion and as you can see, it's a bit tight a short.

Sorority Reunion - THIS WEEKEND!

I am pretty excited to see some of my best friends from college - My Sorority Sisters! We are having a Reunion/Sleepover at the Chi Omega House in Logan, Utah this weekend. I can't remember the last time I actually went into the house or have seen the majority of my friends. I have attend weddings and we have had a few reunions, but nothing like a sleepover at the house. It should be a blast, but interesting with my 7 1/2 month pregnant belly.I am getting pretty uncomfortable at nights, so it will be interesting if I get some sleep. I have the choice of a place on the chapter room couch or bunk beds. I just went through my old college pictures and wanted to post a few for this weekend. It's never a Sorority event with millions of cameras, so I am sure there will be plenty of pictures to share as well. ENJOY!

Pumpkins

Sam had the day off today so, we thought it would be fun to do a family date since Stockton was out of school. We took the kids to Lunch and went out Pumpking shopping. We came home and the kids made their pumpkin face requests, which Stockton wanted a Pirate (who knew) and Makenna wanted a Princess. That is exactly what they are both going to be for Halloween, so I guess it's fitting. When I was doing this today, I was wondering how mom's with 5-6 kids do pumpkins, it must be a mad house. Seriously, Sam watched ESPN, while I did the pumpkins and the kids would come over and watch and put in their two sense and then go back to watching cartoons. So, really the pumpkin decorating was all up to me, I just decided to use whatever I had around the house and here is the final product. We had an overall great day!

Dress up - Thank goodness I have a girl!

Thank goodness for little girls. I had fun today at my parents house. I went through my Hope Chest (Stockton calls it my treasure chest) and I found a bunch of things. I found some of my old dance costumes and Makenna was so excited to try them on. I also found all my years books, journals, a cast I wore in 1st grade that everyone signed, a bunch of baby blankets, all my young women medal ions, my girl scout merit badges, and a bunch of stuff. When we got home Makenna insisted that we play dress up.

This was my baptism dress when I turned 8. It's pretty big for Makenna, but she wanted to try it on. It kind of makes me laugh.

I love all her dance poses I should really put her into dance.

Before and After

Today I had this idea come to me that I thought I would get ambitious and color my own hair. I mean I have had my hair done for years and I have had it done every way that I can think of. I have my hair done every 2-3 months and it costs me about $65. So, I just thought that I could probably tackle the job myself and save some pennies. I know there is technique to the skill and obviously it would of been so much easier if I would of had someone to help me foil the back.

I do believe in a good hair cut, so I would recommend a professional do that.. But, I did watch a youtube video today of a stylist that showed how to cut feathered bangs and I also thought it was something that I could handle.

So, here's the lovely pictures. This is usually more then I like to share. But, I had to retake the picture so I could have some makeup on. You can tell when I have my Idaho poof verses not having my hair done at all. Maybe my poof makes me feel taller. But, needless to say it turned out and even the back of my hair looks just fine. I used a Dark Brown, Ash Blonde, and of course Blonde Bleach.

Preschool Days

Stockton is starting his 3rd year of preschool and going to the Bonneville Early Intervention Center and is now in the 4 year old class going all 5 days a week. Makenna just started Joy School, which is a preschool that a group of mother's have put together for our 3 year olds. She goes every Tuesday and Thursday and each mother teaches about 4 times out of the year in their home. Stockton has started 2 speech therapy sessions this year and 1 occupational therapy session. He is a busy guy and I feel like the bus driver.

Yellowstone Park 2010

It was my parents anniversary and Sam was working a really LONG weekend since their Corporate Review is this week. So, we headed to the cabin and decided to take the kids through the Park. We also took my little nephew Jake. They were troopers for such a LONG drive! We saw a bear and 2 cubs, tons if Buffalo, and an Elk. We visited the Old Faithful Geyser and it was kind of fun. It finally paid of when we reached West Yellowstone and stopped at the Candy store, the kids loved that part.

It's a Girl!

I am seriously in shock. I was so set on it being a boy since I have been SO SICK! I just thought because I was so sick with Stockton, that this pregnancy seemed so familiar. I was sick with Makenna as well, but I just remember Stockton being the worst. So, I guess I just am sick either way. The only thing is, I still eat meat during this pregnancy and I really crave candy which is what I craved with Makenna.

Now it's time to decide on a "M" name for the girl and to decide on a new crib. I have 2 fully decorated rooms for Stockton and Makenna and I was just trying to figure out how to transition the baby into them. Makenna's room will be a bit easier anyway.

Rigby Lake

We had a blast at Rigby Lake with a bunch of the ladies from my ward and their kids. I thought I would dread the sun, but it actually felt good. My legs haven't seen the sun for awhile so, I am sure it was blinding. Stockton, of course, LOVED the water and Makenna actually enjoyed herself too. We were there for almost 5 hours of water fun.

I vote ROBERTO!!

I have a feeling that Ali might just not pick anyone, but I really hope that she picks Roberto. I kind of thought that Frank was a wanny and really didn't know how to dress at times. Really, she is just better off. No wonder all the 2nd guessing, it was really him that brought it all one and Ali actually thought he was just 2nd guessing because he was in a competition of guys. DRAMA...

More fun at the cabin

During the summer months we visit the cabin often. Summer is so short in Idaho that we have to take advantage of the water while we can. July is always the best month, the water is warm, the weather is hot, it really makes a day at the Lake great. We had so much fun that we all came home with colds. Now we are just trying to get better before all the family reunions.

We had a blast with The Ellsworth's they are in our ward. We enjoyed having them over for dinner and playing on the lake. I am almost 5 month pregnant so I try to take it easy now, the bumpy ride really get to me.

4th of July 2010 - Island Park

For the last 6 years we have done the 4th of July up at the cabin in Island Park. There is a Bills Island Parade where we decorate our 4 wheelers and we parade around the island. Then we usually do water sports in the middle of the day and then go to an island dinner. This year it was pretty cold, the coldest it's ever been, but we still made the best of it. As long as I still fit into my wet suit, I am fine. I am 4 months pregnant now and I wish I could say I am feeling better, but each day is different.

Next month we find out the gender, so we are pretty excited. Stay tuned....

Summer Weekends at the Cabin

I know it's been FOREVER since my last post. We actually have been doing alot of things, I just forget my camera. I still have been feeling sick, I am about 15 weeks prego and have good and not so good days, but still having so fun.

We have been working on our yard and just got all our hydoseed down and ready for grass to come up..Please come soon!

We head to the cabin almost every weekend. It's hard to stay away from the great weather up there, the lake, the jet skiing, and just relaxing. My kids LOVE the cabin they can't wait to go and most of the time they don't want to leave.

Last weekend Sam had a weekend off and we went with some of our friends to the cabin. We got out the jet ski's and we had a blast. Even though I have my little belly, I can still fit into my wet suit (thank goodness)!
